The team here at One Six Events have been working hard to make plans for the future of your events.
How do we create events that are enjoyable but protect the safety of your guests and our team too?
We have been working closely with our venues to tackle this question. We are delighted to be able to help you with smaller celebrations taking place from August 1st; a long-awaited return to experiences we’ve missed for the past few months.
We’re working hard to ensure we can continue to operate safely and to the highest standards of hygiene without compromising the quality of our service. As always, our efficient, professional organisation will make your experience feel relaxed and natural as well as safe. Our event managers have created excellent plans to provide an exceptional boutique experience tailored perfectly to a small guest list.
We’re always keeping up with the current guidelines on events and catering during the Covid-19 pandemic. We understand it can be hard to stay on top of the regulations and interpret the ever-changing information provided by the government, so we will be sure to keep you updated when anything changes, so you know where you stand with your event
We understand that this is an uncertain time for anyone planning a wedding or event. We will work with you every step of the way, offering all the flexibility possible to ensure you have your dream day. Please do get in touch to discuss your plans. We will help you navigate your way through the restrictions to achieving an enjoyable, memorable and safe experience.
Updated September 23rd 2020
As of September 28th, weddings and civil partnership receptions are restricted to a maximum of 15 people, in a COVID-19 secure venue. This sees a change from the previously agreed group of 30 guests. The biggest change in this most recent announcement explains that anyone working on your wedding day does not count in the 15 people limit. This means your photographer, wedding planner, and caterers are excluded from your 15 person head count.
Please be aware that celebrations at private homes, either inside or in gardens, are still not permitted as it is assumed by the government that these are not COVID-19 secure venues, meaning they will not have the same safety procedures in place as professional venues.
We’re working with our venues and land owners to ensure we can offer you the perfect spot for your marquee whilst complying with the government guidelines. Please do get in touch with any queries about how we can ensure your event is a safe one.
